• Payment is required before service delivery
• Subscription services are billed monthly
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and necessary information for service delivery
• Respond to requests for approval or feedback in a timely manner
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain confidentiality of any shared proprietary information

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including designs, logos, and content created by Nova Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership transfer is explicitly stated in writing. Clients retain ownership of their original materials provided to us.

6. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all services according to agreed-upon timelines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Client's delay in providing necessary materials or feedback
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. In case of termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of services rendered
• Any unused portion of prepaid services may be refunded at our discretion
• All access to ongoing services will be discontinued

8. Limitation of Liability

Nova Digital is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
